Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of Consultation:

By booking a consultation with HiveVue LLC, d/b/a TinyRooms, you acknowledge that the consultation is for the purpose of providing guidance on design, material choices, construction, or connecting with vendors.

2. Payment Authorization and Processing Fee:

By clicking to make a payment, you authorize HiveVue LLC to charge your credit card for the agreed amount, plus an additional processing fee of 5% or $20, whichever is greater. This payment reserves your consultation slot.

3. Payment Processing Disclaimer:

All credit card transactions are processed via Authorize.net. While HiveVue LLC and Authorize.net strive to maintain a secure transaction environment, web-based payments inherently carry risks. By making a payment, you acknowledge these risks and waive the right to pursue any form of liability claims against HiveVue LLC related to such risks.

4. Alternative Payment Methods:

 As alternatives to credit card payments, you may choose to pay via wire transfer, bank deposit, or check by mail. Please note that these payments must be received prior to your scheduled consultation. Failure to receive payment does not waive the consultation fee.

5. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation to avoid a full charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

6. Chargeback Policy:

In the event of a chargeback, a fee of $50.00 plus any incurred legal costs will be applied. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. no refund policy:

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that the time reserved for your consultation is non-refundable. This includes situations where the consultation does not meet your expectations. We are committed to providing the best service and urge you to communicate any concerns during or after your consultation.
